Formwork
Economical marine-plywood formwork to suspended slab soffit
Suspended slab formwork with reusable 18 mm plywood, 2x2/2x3 framing, 2x6 secondary bearers, Peri/H20 primary beams, nails, release agent and erection/striking labour.
Methodology
Suspended slab formwork with reusable 18 mm plywood, timber framing, H20/Peri support and explicit Acrow-prop rental. The prop quantity currently uses a published 175mm slab / 3.0m-height schedule as a working benchmark and must be redesigned for the actual slab.
Source basis
FMC reuse methodology + residential/KMSTEEL timber take-offs + current Abuja Peri/timber working observations. Sep 2026 Abuja audit checked plywood, timber, H20/Peri and labour market references; structural/shuttering quantities remain to be validated against a formwork layout. User-approved V2 rule: economical/cheap marine board = 3 casting cycles.
