Formwork
Economical marine-plywood formwork to beams and lintels
Beam/lintel formwork with reusable plywood, 2x2 and 2x3 timber, 2x6 bearers, Peri/H20 beam support allowance, nails, release agent and labour.
Methodology
Beam sides and soffits need a stronger support system than simple wall/edge shuttering, so 2x6 and Peri/H20 support are visible inputs.
Source basis
2-bedroom/KMSTEEL formwork logic + FMC plywood basis + current Abuja timber/Peri working observations. Sep 2026 Abuja audit checked plywood, timber, H20/Peri and labour market references; structural/shuttering quantities remain to be validated against a formwork layout. User-approved V2 rule: economical/cheap marine board = 3 casting cycles.
