Nominal 1:3:6 site-mixed plain concrete using 20 mm aggregate; reinforcement and formwork excluded.
Methodology
Uses a 1.54 dry-volume factor and 3% cement batching allowance rather than a fixed historic bags-per-m³ shortcut.
Source basis
Standard nominal-mix build-up aligned to FMC concrete inputs. Sep 2026 audit: cement benchmark updated to Abuja bulk working reference; concrete gang arithmetic corrected.
